Returns and warranties

         ·       The deadline for exchanging or returning items is 15 days after the order has been delivered. Except for items that are not possible to      exchange or return (information marked on each product).

·        You can make a request for return or exchange, through the email [email protected], or in this RMA link.

·        When requesting a return it will always be necessary to indicate the invoice number, the equipment model and serial number (if it exists).

·        Items can only be returned after there is an RMA the number provided by 4IDentify;

·        Items must be returned within 5 working days of receiving the RMA number;

·        The creation of an RMA number does not imply that the items are accepted by 4IDentify;

·        The items must be returned in the original packaging and in the same conditions in which they were sold, being returned the value after verification of the product by the technical department of 4IDentify. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.

·        The items available on our site are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty time identified on each item.
